Australia Unlimited at the London Olympics

Mod has delivered another Kinect-driven interactive installation, this time for AusTrade's Australia Unlimited event in London during the 2012 Olympics.

Held within the Australian High Commission, the event showcased Australia’s proven capability to plan and deliver successful major sporting events (MSEs) around the world and introduced Australian specialists to key decision makers from cities hosting MSEs over the next decade.

Using gestures, attendees made seamless city-selections within the installation and launched inspiring audio-visual fly-throughs.

It was great to be approached once again to work with Evolved HD, and to work with our Tassie-based collaborator, Rodney Berry.

The installation integrated Kinect for Windows and Touch Designer technologies. The project's assets were managed and hosted on Mod Productions' Rack&Pin service.
